In accordance with Presidential Order No. 5-06/2020 of 04.05.2020, The Economic Arbitration Court of the Republic of Moldova resumes its current activities from 04.05.2020.
The parties will be notified of the date, time and place of the next hearings for all pending arbitration proceedings by means of communication.
