In connection with the appeals of lawyers regarding the decisions of the Council of the Union of Lawyers of the Republic of Moldova on the general strike of lawyers in the period of July 14-25 of this year, the Economic Arbitration Court of the Republic of Moldova explains that the ban on professional legal assistance in a number of state instances of the Republic of Moldova is not related to the resolution of arbitration disputes in international commercial arbitration courts, and is not a reason for absence of lawyers in arbitration hearings in this regard.
