On January 3, the first meeting of the Administrative Council of the Arbitration Association of the Republic of Moldova took place this year, at which the results of activities in 2023 were discussed and summarized, statistical and other indicators in the field of arbitration justice were evaluated, prospects and directions for further development in the rapidly changing conditions of modern reality were outlined, some changes in the amount of expenses of current arbitration activities were approved, The paths are defined, means and mechanisms to promote the necessary changes to the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova in order to increase the importance and effectiveness of arbitration procedures this year.
