On January 28, the first meeting of the Administrative Council of the Arbitration Association of the Republic of Moldova took place this year, at which the results of activities in 2024 were discussed and summarized, statistical and other indicators in the field of arbitration justice were evaluated, stability in the Court’s activities in the rapidly changing conditions of modern reality was stated, directions for further development were outlined, the ways, measures and mechanisms were defined to promote the necessary changes to the current legislation of the Republic of Moldova through cooperation with the state authorities of the Republic of Moldova in order to increase the importance and effectiveness of arbitration procedures this year.
Also, the composition of the Economic Arbitration Court of the Republic of Moldova has been replenished with a new arbitration judge.
