The Economic Arbitration Court of the Republic of Moldova, in order to maintain the highest level of quality of its activity and align with national and international rigors in the field of personal data protection, has implemented the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) system, according to the Directive of the European Parlament and Council no. 679/2016 of 27 April 2016 “on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data”.
At present time, taking into account the imperative regarding information security and protection, The Economic Arbitration Court of the Republic of Moldova is at the stage of adjusting to the requirements of the international standard ISO 27001: 2022 “Information Security”.
