On Monday, August 12, the CEO of the Arbitration Association of the Republic of Moldova had a meeting with the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Moldova in the framework of coordination and legal assistance in the process of strategic development of alternative dispute resolution tools and the development of draft regulations in this area to improve the regulatory framework in the field of arbitration justice, initiated by the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development.
As a result of this working meeting, the goals and directions in which joint cooperation will continue were determined.
