The Economic Arbitration Court of Republic of Moldova took part in the First International Scientific Practical Conference of Permanent Arbitration Courts, held 10-11 November 2016 in the Republic of Kazakhstan, Almaty.
The conference was also attended by representatives of the permanent arbitration institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Kyrgyz Republic, the Republic of Azerbaijan, Georgia, representatives of the authorities of Kazakhstan – the Supreme Court, the Ministry of Justice, banking institutions, insurance and other large business companies.
The honor to open the conference on the part of foreign guests was given to the representative of Moldova – Mr. ŢELIHOV Alexandr, the chairman of the Arbitration Association of Republic of Moldova and the arbitration judge of the Economic Arbitration Court of Republic of Moldova. His report on “Practical aspects of solving the problems arising in the administration of international commercial arbitration justice” touched on the most important worldwide problem issues faced by the arbitration institute.
On the most problems of current interest of the administration of international commercial arbitration justice also acted other participants of the conference, who shared their own experience and jointly discussed the options of solving problems.
For the purpose of effective implementation of the discussed issues at the international level were initiated preparations for the establishment of a unified international arbitration organization designed to optimize and standardize the arbitration procedures globally.
