By decision of the Arbitration Association of the Republic of Moldova, the official name of the Economic Arbitration Chamber of the Republic of Moldova in Russian language was changed to the Economic Arbitration Court of the Republic of Moldova and Rules on Arbitration Proceedings and Regulations on Arbitration Fees and Expenses of the Economic Arbitration Court of the Republic of Moldova have been approved.
The official name of the court in Romanian language Curtea de Arbitraj Economic a Republicii Moldova remained unchangeable.
IMPORTANT: All Arbitration Agreements (clauses) containing previous name «Economic Arbitration Chamber of the Republic of Moldova» are valid and all new disputes are subject to examination by the ECONOMIC ARBITRATION COURT OF THE REPUBLIC OF MOLDOVA.
