In view of the declaration of the state of emergency in the Republic of Moldova on the basis of Resolution of the Parliament of the Republic of Moldova No. 55 dated 03.17.2020 “On declaring of the state of emergency”, the Economic Arbitration Court of the Republic of Moldova temporarily suspends its current activities in accordance with Presidential Order No. 5-05/2020 of 03.17.2020.
